I was given excellent customer service from Molly this week. I had to visit the store a few times and each time Molly was so helpful! She recommended some great products and made sure I was looked after even though I could see she was very busy. Definitely coming back again!

Super helpful staff - Molly. Helped me to create a christmas card after I hadn’t made the file correctly. Went out of her way to print it so that it came out just as I wanted it. Super pleased.

Very good faux canvas quality, efficient turn around and staff willing to help me on the photo machines even though it was busy.

Poor Laminating quality wrecked a very nice picture that can't be re done. Not impressed.

Chaotic. Lines and lines of customers. Staff looked exhausted and overworked. I overheard one of the team members saying they hadn't had a break in 8 hours. Manager was called several times to assist when I was there but never showed up.

What a painful experience. Took over an hour to print off two photos. Poor communication from staff, lots of people were upset about the slow process of the machines and waiting . No information from the staff about how long it would take . If you want photos printing off i would go to your local camera store .

Bad customer service, time wasters. Made me come back 3 times just to turn around and cancel my photo order after waiting 7 hours for them to supposedly print the photos
