A good store for stationary needs and their photocopying and photo service is excellent reasonably priced and good turnaround time for photo printing. Some of the staff need a refresher course in customer service though!
Extremely poor customer service right from walking in the door. No one bothered to come see if I needed help with anything, there was one staff member on the counter and around 10+customers waiting to be served. There needs to be a tidy up with management as there was a lot of long faces. Very unhelpful and unpleasant business
Good range, friendly staff
Went to pick up printing material which has been paid for, but they could not find it. Told me to wait. Waited as long as I could. No apologies. Left. Thanks.
