Was helped by a really great young dude who was incredibly helpful! The 2 stars aren’t for him, he’d get 5We’re doing a massive project at the moment - a horse arena and being a Saturday nothing else is open and needing a piece of timber that’s not our norm as fencing contractors, we came to visit your store. The timber needed is for the front face by the entrance to the arena so explained to the boy I needed a really nice piece. He was helpful and I got a great piece and went in to pay. I went to compliment the person who served me on how helpful he was and was met with a very condescending tone that he could lose his job over not selling me the first piece of timber on the top of the packet? Even though it had a huge knot in it. If you’re paying top dollar for timber surely you can choose which pieces you buy? We didn’t take the packet apart I just asked for a nice piece and he graciously chose one and that was fantastic! As fencers we buy thousands of sticks of timber a year and never known this to be a thing.
