Wanganui Luxury Nails

I’ve been a few times, not all experiences are bad but this one particular female staff member gets annoyed to the point where it affects her ability to do a good job. Her filing wrecked an already fragile nail after removing the shellac, she was rough and did not shape or file properly. When the job was completed the edges were rough and ragged, sharp corners and incomplete polish around the edges. I recommend asking for the male staff member only when using this service.Service: Manicure

The person doing the pedicure was rough & communication was very limited. Part of good customer service is a smile and welcome. There was none of this. Not only did the person barely even look at what she was doing, but left a hot stone on for too long because she was gazing somewhere else. It was a struggle getting her attention to move it. I am very lucky I wasn’t burnt! There are lots of other nail salons in Whanganui which are way better. I DO NOT recommend this place at all!Service: Pedicure

They opened the doors. Even though it was not opening time. And thet accommodated to everyone waiting patiently outside. Such a awesome feeling. Great service. Made my day.Service: Manicure

Went as a walk in. Efficient friendly service. Fantastic job done.

Felt like I was on an assembly line. They rush you through so quick. I paid 80 dollars for a pedicure and manicure and my nail polish was so thick it didn't dry and just looked horrible. Wont be going back.

Not the best manicure I have ever had, it has alreadys started coming off. The pedicure was good apart from the massage as they put an orange sore exfoliator on which I found aire, some people may like it though. Good value for money.

Friendly and talented staff who are considerate to their customers.

A little difficult to understand the different options. However, they do a really high quality job, andnwhol thing is very cost effective.
