Really impressed by the quality and quantity of the food here. Burgers are excellent but my absolute favourite is the loaded waffle fries. Fully loaded and very tasty. Can be a bit of a wait to get your food but I guess good things come to those that wait.
Shop had no airflow inside and was really smokey, presentation of staff was not hygenic, food was cold and horrible. Burger patties were burnt and the chips were cold and soggy tasted like they were cooked in old dirty oil. Deffeintly wont be going back there.
Service was slow, told 15mins, was 45mins if told 45mins fine, but weren't. Menu on counter at order area, so held up other customers while reading/deciding. Generally menu on wall at fish and chip shops, instead was a fishing net! Staff seemed grumpy, lady and young guy.nBurgers were huge, but too big to eat in hand. I personally would've preferred a normal size burger at a cheaper price. Order before us, lady came back as missing item. Our order, they forgot burgers, had to ask and wait. So chips went soggy in meantime. Next order she said 'sorry chips going cold, I forgot, is that ok?' Guy just took them, I guess he was sick of waiting.

The service is usually disorganized chaos, getting the wrong orders, asking us to pay again when already paid, forgetting to cook our order but we always said at least they were tasty, well the last time along with the rubbish service we got raw fish and chips. They were gross.
