Shop had no airflow inside and was really smokey, presentation of staff was not hygenic, food was cold and horrible. Burger patties were burnt and the chips were cold and soggy tasted like they were cooked in old dirty oil. Deffeintly wont be going back there.Food: 2/5

Service was slow, told 15mins, was 45mins if told 45mins fine, but weren't. Menu on counter at order area, so held up other customers while reading/deciding. Generally menu on wall at fish and chip shops, instead was a fishing net! Staff seemed grumpy, lady and young guy. Burgers were huge, but too big to eat in hand. I personally would've preferred a normal size burger at a cheaper price. Order before us, lady came back as missing item. Our order, they forgot burgers, had to ask and wait. So chips went soggy in meantime. Next order she said 'sorry chips going cold, I forgot, is that ok?' Guy just took them, I guess he was sick of waiting.

Really impressed by the quality and quantity of the food here. Burgers are excellent but my absolute favourite is the loaded waffle fries. Fully loaded and very tasty. Can be a bit of a wait to get your food but I guess good things come to those that wait.Food: 5/5

The service is usually disorganized chaos, getting the wrong orders, asking us to pay again when already paid, forgetting to cook our order but we always said at least they were tasty, well the last time along with the rubbish service we got raw fish and chips. They were gross. Food: 2/5

Me and my wife were in there and the old lady I think her name is Debbie or something flat out refused to serve a customer and I thought she should get fired for that and she's very rude to all customers well her boss isn't thereFood: 3/5

Paid $35 for 2 adults and a youngster. This got us overcooked chips in old oil. Burgers had off salad. The meat was like leather, and flavourless. The kids hotdogs were half cooked, outside was burnt from old oil, and the inner batter was raw. I'm all for supporting local, but when the business is food, pride should be taken, especially at the prices. Will be doing the extra commute to brightwater for The local. Vastly better food at same cost

The worst Fish burger n chips I've every had....badly cooked...bad prep. Of salad on burger..... Big chunks of cheap cabbage....expensive..meal for 3 people ...never again....no care factor at all....
