I had an appointment for my 3 year old at 2pm on 27/06/2023. I was there at 1:30pm itself and MICHELLE at the reception said doc is running late and there is only one lady named Julia before me to see the doctor. That lady went in and i waited, when it was 2:30 i asked her again what is happening. She said i have to wait or go somewhere n come back.nThen she put another lady n a girl on my time and pushed my appointment further down. When i asked her she said i might have misheard that there was only one appointment prior to mine, what a joke??? I AM 100% SURE MY EARS ARE GOOD.nI don't know if she is a RACIST as i am brown. And i saw the doctor with my lil one around 3pm where i had to cancel my 3:15pm appointment in Richmond at the last minute.nYOU SHUD HAVE SHOWN THE COURTESY TO ASK ME IF IT WAS OK TO PUT ANOTHER LADY AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME. I AM BROWN DOESN'T MEAN I AM ILLITERATE AND DON'T KNOW ENGLISH. Show some etiquette at least in the professional life.. What a pity???n.
My local doctor very hard to get an appointment .could do with more doctors
6 weeks, 4 emails and 7 calls latter still don't have an appointment. Don't bother if you have actual medical issues!
Friendly and welcoming reception staff and amazing doctors. I'm so happy to have finally found a team of dedicated GPs who listen and help.
This is a good health center & covers all areas of health & welfare.
