Lots of clothes and far more reasonably priced than The Hospice shop in Westown. There are some items that seem to be past their used by date or are priced higher than if you bought them brand new and the staff are unwilling to budge on things that are overpriced the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5, but overall I thoroughly enjoy regular visits to The Hospice shop in Waiwhakaiho.
Charity shop passing of as Np,s second Antique shop, aiming on high end ticket items , Attitude of Management ABSOLUTELY APPALLING !!!!!!!!nWorst I've seen in my travels around Nz.nOnce there were que's, not any more.nSHAME ON YOU HOSPICE asthis is what you have become, furthermore I'm not alone here ,& that's a fact...nTo big to expensive to runnOnce volunteers, now paid staff, go figure, Auctions, are a staged joke!!
Very clean and tidy shop ... found it to have the higher priced items out their more so than the one in town
Sadly they've started trying to fetch top dollar for things, I know it's for a good cause but as someone who has donated many things over the years, it annoys me that shops try to get as much as they can for what was generously donated. The Westown shop started doing this a couple of years ago so I stopped wasting my time going. I'll be taking my donations to the Sallies from now on who keep their prices reasonable.
Busy place, well presented, lots of variety.
