Well maintained lovely green 18 hole course, but with narrow fairways to the holes to test you.
Was a member at this club at one time and it is an very good golf course on gently rolling landscape. The fairways don't get too wet as the drainage is excellent, the rough is not too penalizing and the greens are not too fast so it makes for a good course for all types of golfers. The locals are friendly and green fees are very reasonable.
I must confess a rather unfortunate incident that befell me whilst engaging in a spirited round of golf. Alas, as I swung with great gusto at the golf ball, a most distressing occurrence transpired. The reverberations of my swing caused an untoward cracking sensation in my back, a sensation so profound and resounding that it resonated through the very depths of my being. I do declare, it was a most disconcerting moment, accompanied by a twinge of discomfort. Pray, let us hope for a swift recovery, for such grievous mishaps are most unbecoming on the fair greens of the golfing realm.
Enjoyed playing there. Nice club rooms for a meal and drink afterwards
