The guy who did the stacking this year, did a wonderful job. He even sorted the small stuff into the box next to the stack without my asking him to do it. I have used Ignition Firewood for many years and have always had excellent service from them. The last couple of years I have had the wood stacked for me and it has been done quickly and efficiently.

Gave Ignition Firewood a chance to be better than the west-central local suppliers, and they are excellent. I ordered the Summer Special, 3m³ of hard wood and I got excellent wood. Perfect! Communication was fantastic, called them up and easy as put in an order that came within days. Carlos texted me when he was loading up and again when he came on-site for a simple and friendly level 4 adhering interaction. My Dad says it was the best Father's day present he could get. They have always delivered good firewood to exactly where I wanted it, placed how I wanted it placed, by a friendly and helpful person. I've saved a bunch of money by ordering unseasoned wood early and letting the Summer heat and wind do its work. Meanwhile, the garden smells lovely from the cut wood! Any that I don't burn is useful in the garden for edging. I was very proud of my stacking last year, but I'm going to try out their pre-racked wood for the first time this year to see whether I prefer it.

Used this company for a few years now. Only ever had one problem due to a communication mix up and it was dealt with very well to everyone's satisfaction. Friendly and approachable owner and a cut above all of the other firewood companies we have dealt with over the years.

We have purchased our wood from Ignition the last 4 years or so, would highly recommend them. They do great spring sales, the wood is always really dry and good quality and they are very responsive and helpful, great service.

Really annoyed it took me so long to find these guys. The wood is genuinely seasoned and dried, so much so you can start a fire with no kindling. Great comms and service and although not the cheapest only a little more than far inferior suppliers. Won't be going anywhere else.
