Arrived for one night, stayed for five, the perfect place to camp for a peaceful and restful end to our two month tour of New Zealand. Larger than most pitches, flat and grassy. Decent fridge, cooker, kettle, microwave kitchen facilities along with a good launderette plus clean toilets and showers that don't need buttons, timers or coins to operate. All in all a well maintained and friendly site in a perfect setting . Very happy to award five stars.
Good sea view. Very spacious plot, more than what we need. I like the fact that this is not a party campsite. Slept well on New Years Eve. Bathrooms/Toilet- may need to refill hand wash. Block A shower, the other shower needs more hooks. The other door has plenty
Friendly campsite with decent kitchen and showers. Good wifi, gas barbecue plus lounge to crash out in. 20 min walk to Paihia. Good size site so they usually have space to accommodate short notice arrivals or extensions. Good after hours arrival instructions by text after on-line booking.Service: 5/5
We went here for the 4 nights over New Years, had a great time and facilities were always clean and tidy, great friendly staff managing the place, met lots of good folks and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Would recommend this place and will definitely be going back.
The size of the power site are bit small. Also the tent area and camper van area are mixed. It would be great if they can be separated, safer.Service: 5/5
Stayed here for a couple of nights. A lovely, cosy campsite! Showers and toilets are very clean, the views from the pitches are stunning and the staff are super friendly. Would definitely recommend and would return :
Pretty gooe campsite I will say however that the facilities r good the laundry service is fine the bathrooms and kitchen r good the lounge is good 4 charging phones etc and the only thing wrong were the 2 old receptionist ladies who were a bit rude but otherwise would reccomend

The receptionist I unfortunately encountered was less than welcoming. To have my dog in my vehical was an extra $10 a night. It's minimalisc, nowhere to get out of the rain if your camping, no kettle to make a cup'a, no freezer to chill anything, no dinning area, no hand wash in the bathroom. Even tho it was practically empty, there was a big fuss when I needed to change the date of my 2nd nights stay which was paid for and I was told they don't do refunds. I didn't want a refund, I just needed to change the date forward 2 days... The site had a beautiful outlook, but my stay was uncomfortable ‼
