The customer service, bowling balls, atmosphere was so far below satisfactory that I can't give it anything higher than a 1 star. The ball in the photo was the best ball available to me.
Affordable but nothing fancy. Great that you can take your own food in for the kids. Gd value for a family outing

Horrible service! Group of 5 went here to play pool because it's so close to were we live. We were told 'only half set of balls' although there was a full set right there! Just ignored us after that. The place was not even busy. Guess that's what you get when you are rude. People just won't show up. We won't for sure.
It would be a better overall experience if one lane wasnt able to monopolize all the lighter balls so they were available for any other lanes or else ensuring each lane as at least one such ball. We had to wait for a considerable period for such balls when there was only 3 lanes being used. Something doesnt quite add up

It's definitely gone down over the years as a teenager i spent many a weekend here with friends but it seems like it isn't being looked after and the owners are just hanging onto it by a tread.
The place could do with a little TLC. It's a bit run down, bowling balls are quite damaged and the cloth on the pool tables is wearing thin. However, it's quite reasonably priced, the staff are polite enough and with friends and family there's still plenty of fun to be had.
