I've had no power since about 7am this morning. When I ring them, I get a list of numbers to press. When I press one, the call dies. To give them their due, when I rang on Tuesday morning, the system worked and their repair man was around promptly. The fault was a burnt-out wire on the street box. I'll give them a couple of stars for their response on Tuesday, to go with the one I gave them earlier.
Now experiencing regular power cuts in our area, clearly an infrastructure issue. When it goes down you can’t get hold of anyone to log a fault. Hopeless!!
Just a big big shout to all the dedicated line boys our power was out for 3 days and they worked last night replacing 3 power poles and restoring our power until 11 pm last night
Work crew turned up and installed a new transformer in the grass verge directly in front of my parents house. No one was informed of the work or of the new transformer location which is so visually imposing on the property. Surely they could have located it off to the side which would have been much more sensible. Feels like no care is given to property owners more get it in, they don't have to live with it.
Lost power tonight- only ones on our street. Fixed in less than an hourstreet fuse. Very happy with service
Technician Josh came out to fix a pole fuse. Quick and easy! Jill at the call centre helped us quick smart. Cheers
When will our power be back on? No warning, no customer consideration and not back on when indicated.
I phoned at 4.25 pm. They did not answer. Most likely went home early at the expense of customer owners. Will most likely say they were in a meeting. All of these power companies need a tune up
Always Great to deal with and they Answer their phones quicker than other providers!
