The Waimea Plains Railway Trust was formed to establish and operate a Railway Heritage Precinct at Mandeville, Gore District, New Zealand. It is the home of the Rogers K92 Steam Locomotive which came into service in New Zealand in 1878. She was dumped into the Oreti River from 1926 to 1985. Now fully restored and will be operating at Mandeville in the future.
