So this might not be the fanciest holiday park but I'd go back in a heartbeat. There are lots of spots to choose from, the beach is amazing and we just enjoyed relaxing. We also noted the effort made to keep everything clean and tidy. Would definitely go back again.
Perfect for a weekend getaway as within an hour from Christchurch, 4 min walk though sand dunes to beach. Facilities are dated but do the job just fine. Will be definitely back for another weekend camping trip.
Loved my stay and dog friendly. Showers are a nightmare to figure out and could be more secure. Owners really nice.
Fantastic for families. Great beach, but with a strong cross-shore current. Lifeguards on duty though. Very clean and maintained campsite + facilities, not super flash but comfy. Great atmosphere, cool forest. River nearby.
A great place to get away from it all it's not to far away from Christchurch. Rex and Debbie look after there camper's.
Gorgeous spot beside estuary and beach. Great for kids.
First time at the camp had a great walk around the estuary with a 2 hour walk camp facilities clean but dated camp host very friendly

Nice beach for surfing, sand is very soft.
