Thanks so much to the team here! We have started coming here for our two girls Lilly and Lola who are Flemish Giant rabbits and they are absolutely excellent with them. It's stressful having rabbits at times as they are pray animals and high maintenance but the team here make these visits much easier! You guys rock.
Great service from the staff at Waikiwi Vets. They took excellent care of our dog and kept us well-informed throughout. Communication was clear and friendly, and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!
I’m extremely disappointed with the full groom my Cavoodle received at your salon. I brought in my dog with clear instructions and photos, asking for a light trim while keeping her natural, fluffy teddy-bear look. Instead, she was shaved down far too short, especially on the body, with no regard for her breed characteristics or my requests.nnThis was my puppy very first full groom, and the experience left her visibly distressed and looking nothing like herself. Her coat was previously healthy and soft, and now she looks completely different — even sad. It will take months for her to grow back to the way she was, and this grooming mistake cannot be undone.nnI expected professional care, attention to detail, and communication. None of those were delivered. I will not be returning and cannot recommend your services to any other dog owners.
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nicole when she saw my senior cat, Tobbi, for FLUTD. She was incredibly compassionate and understanding, taking the time to make sure Tobbi was comfortable and calm throughout the visit. Her gentle handling made the appointment completely stress-free for both of us! I'm so grateful for the care and kindness she showed. Highly recommend Dr. Nicole for anyone with a nervous or senior pet. BEST VET EVER!
These people are lovely love walking in and they just welcome you with a big smile ..they saved my cat life when I brought my sick cat I love this place best vets ever I recommend this vet 100000% the vest in town
