Thanks so much to the team here! We have started coming here for our two girls Lilly and Lola who are Flemish Giant rabbits and they are absolutely excellent with them. It's stressful having rabbits at times as they are pray animals and high maintenance but the team here make these visits much easier! You guys rock.
Called up to book appointment, didn't ask if was a new or existing client, didn't listen to what I said and made me repeat my self several times, was put on hold, the lady slammed the phone at the end with no goodbye. Was told to expect a phone call the next day, Waikiwi failed to call me back the next day.nnAbsolutely disgusting service, poorly trained staff. I am so glad I decided to go to Vetsouth it is closer to town and my house anyway.nnDo not waste your money here.
They have been really good with my two cats, and we were able to see a vet quickly yesterday when fudge didn't look good . He's feeling much better now
Great service from the staff at Waikiwi Vets. They took excellent care of our dog and kept us well-informed throughout. Communication was clear and friendly, and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!
Whether,needing a vet our groomer they all seem to be committed to their jobs.My wee dog loves going there for health or grooming.
