I don’t normally write reviews but after talking to some of my friends about the attitude I received they then started talking about there experiences with the same server while drink at this pub.The first time I went to this pub I was being served by a short blond girl, she was incredibly rude and made me feel like I wasn’t welcomed there and as if her serving me was such a hard job. I have worked in consumer service for many years so I always talk to people with respect and it wasn’t like I was being rude or my order was hard to complete. I gave this girl the benefit of the doubt and just put it down to her having a bad day but then the next time I went back to this pub her attitude hasn’t gotten any better. She has rolled her eyes at me, made me wait while she finished her conversation with her work friends before she served me, and just completely made me feel like I wasn’t welcomed there. If I was the manager I would be keeping an eye on her because I’m definitely not coming back to this pub. If she doesn’t want to work at such a social place then maybe she should consider finding a new job because customer service is such a big part in working in a pub! Very disappointed!!!!!!!!
Had lunch there today. The food was amazing, heaps to choose from on the menu. Will definitely be going back to try something else. The customer service was wonderful, very polite, helpful young lady's. Can't wait to come back.
Highly recommend. The food was fantastic and big portions. The service was even better. The girls who served us were friendly and had good banter. The menu was large and the kids menu had a little and big kids section. We will definitely be back. Also as it was the Thur before Easter they gave our three girls Easter eggs to take home, how good! Thank you for a lovely meal
Beef burger meal. Chips were cold and awful. Onion rings were laden in fat. Thankfully the burger made up for the rest, but won't go for a bar feed again.
The staff are super friendly, welcoming and hospitable.nSome locals or regular tourists made fun of me whilst I had my first phone call with my mum since I started my holidays.nOnly let down on the atmosphere otherwise a nice stop and glad I visited for the first bar and drink
