I have been to two Thai massage places in Hamilton with high ratings and I didn't have a good experience. What I loved about this place is the therapist asked me what I needed done and if I had any areas I needed work on from the start. I basically said, can you find them and work on them. She asked about the pressure and kept checking on me throughout to make sure I was comfortable and check the pressure right throughout. The products smelled amazing and I loved her massage techniques. I will be returning.
Highly recommend Jane Harris Massage Therapy. Colin has always done an excellent job of getting an aging wanna be runner back out pounding the pavement. He's one of the best in town.
I specifically asked the Indian lady when I came for my appointment if they were covered by southern cross insurance she replied yes we will give you your receipt. This is wrong! Only Jane herself is covered no one else. If you don’t see Jane then your insurance claim is not covered and it will be declined. This lady lied to me. I specifically booked to use up my insurance claim but now I’m out pocket $110 when it should have been $30. So if you’re covered by southern cross either see Jane or don’t come here at all! I’m sorry to leave a bad review cause the service was good besides the Indian lady she had terrible customer service. I even called to confirm my appointment and she answered and didn’t even answer my questions.
I had my first massage here today. My back And shoulders have been giving me problems for weeks.. after my session today I fell years younger you guys are awesome so glad I have booked another appointment
unequivocally the best place to have a therapeutic massage. Michelle has done more for my surgery recovery than any pill or physio could ever do. I absolutely recommend to anyone wanting or needing help with any physical problems or even just a treat for themselves. Wonderful place and wonderful staff.
Wow!! 5 stars!! I have tried just about every single massage place here in hamilton, some have been ok, some have been pretty average for the price and some have been below average. I booked in for a half hour with Jolene as a new client, and straight away she confirmed and repeated what I had noted in the booking notes about problem areas, tension spots, spots that bruised easy and I didn’t want touchedsomething that surprised me as I’ve been to places that do not read the notes . The massage itself was absolutely beautiful, perfect pressure, she kept checking in to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable with anything. She was kind and caring and had a lot of tips and knowledge of anatomy at the end to help me between sessions. I liked that she did a scrub and hot towel to remove the oil after massaging, nothing worse than feeling like a oil slick when you get back home! Absolutely beautiful treatment Jolene, I will definitely be back! And for anyone looking for a place to get a gorgeous massage where they actually care, this is the place!!

Highly recommend the Jane Harris Team, I've been coming here regularly for years to see Colin and it's always a great experience. Always clean, tidy and calming. All of the therapists are fantastic and they have an easy online booking system.
Having been going to Jane Harris Sarah for about 5-6 months now to get my right shoulder sorted. It has really helped and I'm almost back to normal and pain free I was thinking that it may need surgery or similar as it was so painful. So will keep it up to make sure it stays in good shape - I would recommend JH to anyone.
Jolene really listens carefully when explaining what your needs are. She is able to find knots you didn't know you had! Very kind and gentle lady.
