Does what we needed. However bought $20tokens only to read later can't cash them back if unused. Not being local, I had to give rest to random guy in there... He was grateful, but still..advice: don't use a 20 note

Very handy laundromat to get our clothes dry in wet weather.
It was very central to Waihi township so I could shop while waiting for washing. It was clean and had only one big washing machine that I needed to use for duvets I was very lucky no one else was using it when I got there but very happy with the set up . Would be happy to use it again
This area has been there for years. Locals know it well. Call into Mobil to buy coins, just very handy.
Terrible launderette. Only one washer for warm/hot washes and you pay $10 for a warm wash, only, the clothing comes out as if it's been on a cold wash - still with mud stains and not feeling/smelling that clean! Cash exchanged for tokens - token slot glitchy, no answer when phoned for help. Disappointing.
Good facility, but there was no washing powder in the dispenser. I had to dash out and buy some from the nearby supermarket luckily it was open.
