My partner and I stayed here for a weekend with our dog, and it was a good experience. Finding dog-friendly accommodation can be tricky, but this place made it easy. There is a pet bond, but it's completely reasonable and only applied if needed. We stayed in a stand-alone 1-bedroom unit, which was perfect for us. It even had a separate driveway, adding extra convenience. The room was clean and tidy, and we loved having our own private deck with a lovely view. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay.
Thanks team for the good accomodation! Just a bit of feedback, some of the amenties were not working lamps, fans - no biggie but thought you should be aware. We called several times and we received great customer service. Thanks again.
Travelling with a friend and we had a 2 bedroom unit booked. The rooms were large however the bathroom needed repair and updating. The water pressure was so bad we couldn't wash our hair and we notified management by phone and left messages about the water pressure but no response. On our last night as I was about to shower , freezing cold no heating in the bathroom, and there was no water. We rang the emergency number and the manager actually answered and a plumber was sent within 12 minutes but he couldn't fix the problem. No water for drinking, showering , toilet or cleaning your teeth. Fortunately the plumber took pity on us as no water was coming out of any tap and took our jug to another room to get water for us.nnNo further contact from management, no offer of another room or a call to see if we needed some bottled water. Appalling! We will never recommend this motel or stay there again.
Christina was great at helping me book the room and explaining the accessibleness of the room. Shame this room is little close to main road.
Clean, charming friendly place to stay set amongst gardens with beautiful birdsong and trees. Peaceful and quiet. The local bus is super convenient and with the stop just across the road it makes getting around so easy. All you need is here - local Countdown/Woolworths supermarket, Italian and Asian food plus several places for great coffee and some interesting shops. Cute little Anzac Bay down the road, or 10-15 mins in either direction takes you to other beaches and restaurants if desired. I was so looking forward to visiting Waiheke after far too long and having my little k9 companion with me was such a bonus! Thankyou so much for accommodating us this last weekend.
