While the gallery may be small, it showcases a unique and special selection of New Zealand art. The carefully curated collection ensures you will discover something truly distinctive. The staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. A hidden gem that's definitely worth a visit.
What an amazing Gallery nNot only does the art on display excel, but also the helpful ushers who gave of her time to share what exhibition were on offer/ display on the island. I also purchased some lovely earrings from the gift shop. If you haven't been, but plan to visit the art installation, make it a priority. You won't be disappointed.

It was free. That's always a plus. There is a donation box if you're so inclined. That's also a plus. It's very diverse, showcasing the very different worldviews of the inhabitants of Waiheke Island. That is a big plus, because it is very insightful. The art is actually for sale, and if anything gets sold, the artist gets the chance to make another one. That's just awesome. I just like the idea of creating this space for artists to exhibit their works to the world and a space for the world to enjoy free art. It's a great meeting place that meets the needs of everybody involved. Design wise, it's ideal.
