I was present in my role as support worker when Rhys recently came out to empty the septic tank at a client of mine, who has a brain injury. Not only did he do a great job with the actual cleaning, he was patient and clear in explaining to my client about his faulty pump and what needed doing to it. Once the job was complete he even took the time to stop and look at and have a brief conversation about my clients motorcycle, his pride and joy he can no longer ride. I highly recommend Rhys for his professionalism and friendly manner. Will definitely use his services again.

Rhys went the extra mile, when we opened my septic tank we found it was extremely full with lots of dirt aswel. Rhys was able to clean it all out like new, nothing was a problem, his service was exceptional.
Rhys was brilliant to deal with, he responded quickly to my request and had great communication through the whole process. He also provided some useful tips in relation to my septic tank. Highly recommended!!
Can't recommend more highly. Rhys went the extra mile to find and clear a pipe blockage as well as promptly arriving and emptying the septic tank. As we used him as our regular contractor was out of action this was not expected. Great Job.
