I visited VTNZ to apply for a TSL, and when I reached the counter and asked about it, the first staff member told me she was a trainee and had never done this before. She then asked her colleague, who also said she had not done it either.nAfter standing in line, receiving these kinds of answers is very disappointing. You should have at least one staff member available who can provide all the required services. VTNZ is a major service provider, and this level of service is not acceptable
Took my horse float in for wof and the inspector I was assigned noticed an issue with my car. We got it fixed immediately and he literally saved lives by being so diligent in his job. Much appreciated!
The service here has greatly improved over the last year. The team of staff seem happier as well and it shows in their work. Many thanks to the technician who suggested I go see a local glazier, they were able to source a hard-to-find rear windscreen in 30mins.
if you’re going to sit your restricted here DONT, they fail people doing the correct things and gaslight you into thinking you were wrong we have video proof , making you waste your money. Go to any other place than here
