Have been using the Timaru VTNZ for all the COF's on our Ford Transit M/Home during the last 17 years.nFrom the warm welcome of the reception staff to the completion of the inspection it has always been first class. Even on a pass certificate they always highlight any areas of future concern that may require attention on handing back the vehicle.n***** Thanks to all staff for providing this excellent service. *****
I find these guys are fair and reasonable. If they fail my older vehicles, it's generally for a good reason.
Fast easy service. Helpful staff
The last two times I went there they overlooked an issue 1st was a chip it the wind shield. 2nd was a malfunctioning hand brake warning light. They then made me fix said issue with only 2 or 3 days notice. For the windscreen it ment I had to pay another 80 dollars for a new wof check where they found more another issue with the tyre tread depth. Many dollars later I have a wof. I don't think I'll go back though.
I had a License test today, along with my lovely driving instructor I would like to thank you. I would like to thank you for giving me the benefit of the doubt today was really relived to had finally passed my license test. Thank you
