Another quick WOF at VTNZ Te Awamutu. Staff always seem happy enough to explain any notes on the sheet and how to remedy.nNot too sure about their new conditions for entry, no mobile phone use policy, be interesting to see how they enforce this or what it results in if you are confronted.nHopefully someone from VTNZ can respond to this point for some clarity
While I find the staff pleasant enough and wait times are not too bad I believe the inspectors are way too picky. My wife had her car failed once as the headlights glass was foggy, she took it to the mechanic to get it sorted and he said it was ridiculous to fail on that. We recently had an inspection done and the car was damaged by the inspector. Credit to the manager he got it repaired without drama. The inspector said a fairly major thing would need to be repaired before the next WOF, took the car to 2 separate mechanics both said there was nothing wrong with the item pointed out
Best restricted driving test, thank you to the amazing testing officer. The testing officer gave clear instructions calmly which made me feel confident during the test. The wait time wasn’t long at all. Thank you so much .
Thank you VTNZ Te Awamutu I got my 5th time drive test and I'm passed this is a lot mean to me, especial thanks to examiner Gary he explained me well what I need to improve so I can do 100 percent drive safety cheers all of you guys keep it up.
Been there done my caravan and a friend's car. Quick and easy! Caravan passed with a breeze. Car needs minor jobs! Nice friendly staff! Will I go back again? Yes! Main reason I trust VTNZ & free lolly lol
