Had our wof done. They broke our handbrake, it was fine when we got there. In fact we had our car serviced the day before, handbrake was fine.nAlso ODO is listed differently on the wof sheet 255***, sticker in the window 288*** and actually reading 266***. That's not really acceptable. How accurate is our wof, which failed on the handbrake, if the ofo reading is not even correct.
Two very nice young ladies, greeting me upon my arrival. Guys there waiting for me 1300 hrs. Caravan through. Very pleasant people at Taupo VTNZ. Thankyou, much appreciate your professional attitude and all round nicety.
I just want to say thank you for being kindness worker in vtnz won't never disappoint no hidden pays i recommend once again thank you god bless all
These guys are nitpickers, also shocking with getting stuff done when it's out of the norm. Say they have sent things when they haven't, don't pay for things when they say they will. Then make you jump through the hoops again when the recheck runs out of time due to their incompetence. Always blame the process rather than accepting they mucked up.
Came in Saturday morning with a problem and they took care of it super quickly, staff were very friendly and helpful.
