Did my restricted drivers test here and had Lisa as my instructor. Lisa gave clear instructions during the test that was easy to follow, she remained calm and gave positive feedback throughout the test. I ended up passing and am happy with the experience
i recently came here for my restricted driving test and i had such a good experience! it was my third time sitting my restricted test previously i failed at the takapuna rugby club one and saturn place and i had bad experiences at both. however, at silverdale i had no complaints and will not stop reccomending it! when i first walked into the testing station, i was greeted by the sweetest receptionist lady who noticed i was very nervous to sit my test, and then she talked me through it and calmed me down quite alot. i then had lisa as my driving tester, and i have always gotten told that female testers are the most strict so i was very nervous. however, she was aboutley fabulous! she stayed very calm and really made me not nervous. she gave me time to ask her any questions i had before my test started and cleared things up i was confused about. throughout the test, if i got things wrong she would gently remind me and give me the opporutnity to fix my mistake. at the end of the test, she talked me through things i could improve on and then passed me!!!! she was so sweet
Customer service is trash at this VTNZ. Never returning here for anything. I suggest trying somewhere else if you are needing to sit a license practical. Understaffed and unproffesional. No wonder people say not to use VTNZ Silverdale. Fool me!
Recently this week my son Amanjodh Singh test is not clear. He doing some major mistakes that’s why he not pass but it’s very very good good for my son . now he learn more and next time he will clear his test . Test officer Kanwalpreet kaur she is very kind and after test what’s my son did mistakes. She tells very clear and smoothly.nThank you very much Kanwalpreet KaurnnRegardsnGurjant Singh
Recently took my full license test and my testing officer, Matt was absolutely fabulous. He was super kind and answered all my questions at the start and made sure I was clear on everything before we began, obviously quiet during the test but at the end when he told me I passed he seemed genuinely pleased for me. I think a lot of testing officers could learn from his attitude especially as usually people are quite stressed taking their test. 10/10 recommend Matt
