Went to do my car Warrant of Fitness and Steve took care of it like a really professional. He was quick, efficient, polite and kept the smile all the way. Top notch service
Came in for a WOF check on 11th April in the afternoon. Impressed by the mechanician who inspected my car — fast, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Big thanks to him for making that part of the visit smooth and efficient.nnHowever, the experience at reception was disappointing. The lady sitting further from the entrance door had an attitude that’s hard to describe — not outright rude, but definitely unfriendly and unwelcoming. She just shook her head in a dismissive way when customer politely asked her to repeat something. It might seem small, but the way she carried herself left a negative impression and didn’t reflect well on VTNZ.nnVTNZ is usually reliable, but frontline attitude matters just as much as technical service. Hope this gets addressed.
Rude inspectors.nDisgusted in there professionalism and behavior, they literally tore the rubber seal off around the rear door looking for rust so they could fail, I don't mind inspections, but the law states it's a visual inspection only. Now I have a damaged seal they won't replace because they don't care.
Been comming here for years even through work for cof good bunch of blokes here quick simply and done in a short time cheers
Had to get a recheck of a CoF, a faulty fuse causing an intermittent fault in my old campervan headlight which I managed to get fixed. Ended up in a long queue. Brighton sorted me out and saved me a few hours of waiting time. Thanks Brighton and team VINZ for having a systems in place whereby simple recheck are dealt with quickly.
