Came in for a WOF check on 11th April in the afternoon. Impressed by the mechanician who inspected my car — fast, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Big thanks to him for making that part of the visit smooth and efficient.nnHowever, the experience at reception was disappointing. The lady sitting further from the entrance door had an attitude that’s hard to describe — not outright rude, but definitely unfriendly and unwelcoming. She just shook her head in a dismissive way when customer politely asked her to repeat something. It might seem small, but the way she carried herself left a negative impression and didn’t reflect well on VTNZ.nnVTNZ is usually reliable, but frontline attitude matters just as much as technical service. Hope this gets addressed.
The team were great and really went out of their way to help me.
Rude inspectors.nDisgusted in there professionalism and behavior, they literally tore the rubber seal off around the rear door of my van looking for rust, they obviously were not happy the van was in such good condition they couldn't find anything to fail.. I don't mind inspections, but the law states it's a visual inspection only. Now I have a ripped rear door jam seal and when I complained it was hanging off they acted like they couldn't care less and not there problem, they won't replace it..nThe arrogance of the inspector really does surprise...nNot customer focused on the slightest, I think the inspectors have a God complex... And think there it...
