I had my Full license test today at Rangiora VTNZ and it was absolutely amazing ! Juliet H was my tester and she was very welcoming and friendly which made me feel very comfortable during the test. And managed to pass my Full.nJuliet H if you see this you are a absolutely amazing. Really recommend this place when coming for your full license.
They have mentioned on notice board that if you are here for driving test then let reception knows first other wise you might miss the test time. When you go to reception to let them know they literally ignore you and behave very arrogantly. It’s very sad to see some people are still behave you according to your skin colour.
Unprofessional and rude service by instructor Katherine EnMy wife booked test on last Friday for 2.15pm,she went there early and reported on reception. She was waiting in car until 2.30pm but instructor didn’t showed up so she went inside to what’s going on Then she came outside and started test at 2.32pm.its look like she doesn’t wanted to take test ,She was giving instructions very Rudely during the test . She could not find any mistakes but when they were coming back to test centre at give to join main road she safely entered in traffic flow while car coming from other side was 40 meters away she failed her intentionally. Such an unprofessional instructor. At the end of test she didn’t even tell her you are failed , she hand over license to my wife and said see you next time and left, usually instructor gives feedback at the end.I hope owner or manager take an action and give her appropriate training to be reliable, be fair to your profession and be nice to customers.nThanks
If it’s busy, expect to wait 2-3 hours, workers genuinely need a disciplinary notice for how slow they are, one of them said “I don’t want to be here” - neither do I mate… office staff are nice
Set my restricted test today with Juliet H and was very pleased with her as my testing officer. She was nice but straightforward and she made me feel comfortable while taking my test. She was very professional and went over everything that was expected really well just before I started. Once we finshed She explained my errors and what I should work on before she passed me. Good experience
