Went for Wof first time at VTNZ Rangiora. Have enough space for parking . Well experienced kiwi staff and have good cooperation with customers .
As someone who deals with anxiety I was reluctant to sit my restricted driving test however Sheree my testing officer made the whole situation a breeze. She was very friendly, clear in her instructions and made me feel confident and comfortable while driving. Fortunately my driving was up to par and I passed on my first attempt, but if I had not I would be more than happy to sit the test again at VTNZ Rangiora
Thanks so much to your tester Sheree T for concocting false allegations regarding my son's restricted driving licence test. He had just had a driving lessons from his instructor prior to taking this test, I followed at a distance behind him and could see he was heading checking, indicating early and driving cautiously. VTNZ you are serious douche bags. I hope you've reached your failed quota, his confidence is blown. Thanks KS for responding, but false allegations have been made, so who and how are you going to assess what's been written? I feel that you're review process will be a waste of time.
Absolute disgusting customer service and horrendous experience. Driver instructor Sheree B is on a power trip, she’s crushed the confidence of my daughter sitting her Restricted license. Failed her unfairly within two mins for an absolute ridiculous reason. Have laid a formal complaint with VTNZ head office asking for a deeper look of all the reviews on this woman. Marianne the office girl is just as arrogant, after telling her Sheree reduced my 16 year old to tears told me it wasn’t her problem and hung up. Absolute waste of time and money DO NOT SIT YOUR LICENCE HERE!!
Do not do driver licence testing here. We were warned not to send our son here for his restricted car licence test because of a lady who likes to fail learners, turns out her name is Sheree, extremely rude and unpleasant. Take heed of the other reviews, she will fail you on anything she can make up. Negotiating an intersection too cautiously, was one reason, another was crossing a marked line, which didn't happen. This was after gloating he should have instant failed before leaving the premises for not releasing the hand brake in a manner that she approved of. Will be telling everyone to avoid this business and will be taking this further, $135 is a lot to throw away for no reason.
Do not recommend. Expensive. Long wait. Slow. Failed me for things on the vehicle that were as they should be but inexperienced mechanics hadn’t seen before.
Front counter staff are exstreamly rude & unhelpful, they have no knowledge of the job and service that they are ment to be providing and will not lift a finger nail out of their way to make things easier. Don't wast your time with this place
Fantastic day for us....took my son to sit his learners license at VTNZ Rangiora....the girls were amazing the process was so easy.My sons details were logged into the computer in no time and they had an appointment available for him to do the written test right there and then....and the best part was HE PASSED!! learner plates are firmly attached to the window of the car....100% recommend the service here.
Did my restricted licence at this location, the lady who was doing my test was amazing and extremely nice, but the reception ladies were absolutely horrible towards people and have no manners what so ever, I would give them 0 stars if I could, they wanted to reschedule my appointment as we didn’t have cash even tho I said to them I have my card in the car and I can go and get it, they would have rescheduled the appointment if it wasn’t for the lady who did my test, please vtnz look at the staff who work for you ESPECIALLY the rude reception ladies, I’ve never met such rude people in my life.
Spent an hour down their today waiting to get a WOF on a van. They need a better system by either having a booking system, or telling people how long the wait is likely to be.
