Haven’t used the local VTNZ for a while as service in past seemed a bit hit and miss. Went in Saturday morning for a WOF and reception team were great. It was a busy morning but across the team they were calm, responsive and confident. Inspector I spoke to was great. Will use again.
Its my pleasure and luck that I had Lisa as my examiner for my practical driving test, and she was absolutely amazing and polite. She is the best examiner and clearly provides instructions during the test which is very easy to understand for any test taker. She has such a calming presence, which made the whole experience very less stressful. I felt at ease the entire time, and her friendly attitude really helped me stay confident, I am so grateful. Thank you Lisa and VTNZ Pukekohe Team.
These guys are great - made it really really easy to sort the vehicle compliance Big mihi to Brad he helped in so many ways for people from out of the region took 2 days to process, others said it would take 2 weeks - grateful customer here!!
