Haven’t used the local VTNZ for a while as service in past seemed a bit hit and miss. Went in Saturday morning for a WOF and reception team were great. It was a busy morning but across the team they were calm, responsive and confident. Inspector I spoke to was great. Will use again.
Thank you so much, VTNZ. I forgot the name of that beautiful lady. My test was at 8:30 in the morning. When I gave my practical driving test, I was very nervous, but she calmed me down and explained everything with great kindness. Because of her support, I passed my test.nnI really appreciate her help. I liked the test experience very much, especially talking with her. After the test finished, she explained many things to me and guided me properly. I was extremely nervous, but she helped me feel relaxed and confident.nnI truly appreciate her support. God bless her. she is like an angel. I was very scared, but I passed my test because of her guidance. She is a very good instructor and an excellent examiner.nnThank you so much. I really appreciate it.
Had a great experience sitting my restricted driving test with Stewart yesterday. He was very professional, neutral, and gave clear instructions throughout the test. The reception team at the main office were also very lovely congratulating me on passing the practical test. Thank you VTNZ Pukekohe!
I was assessed for my full license test my Lisa.....and I was very much motivated with her leadership skills and encouragement. I was very nervous about this test....however her friendly nature boost my courage.I would highly recommend Lisa to be promoted to a senior level so that she can trained other assessors how to deal with new drivers who are nervous.Thank You Lisa....wishing u a successful 2026.
