Haven’t used the local VTNZ for a while as service in past seemed a bit hit and miss. Went in Saturday morning for a WOF and reception team were great. It was a busy morning but across the team they were calm, responsive and confident. Inspector I spoke to was great. Will use again.

I am so very thankful, the lady with the short hair and glasses and customer service who took the forms, you are lovely, you made me feel comfortable while dealing with my anxiety going for test, I wish I knew your name. I was assessed for my full license test my Lisa.....and I was very much motivated with her leadership skills and encouragement. I was very nervous about this test....however her friendly nature boost my courage.I would highly recommend Lisa to be promoted to a senior level so that she can trained other assessors how to deal with new drivers who are nervous.Thank You Lisa....wishing u a successful 2026.

Its my pleasure and luck that I had Lisa as my examiner for my practical driving test, and she was absolutely amazing and polite. She is the best examiner and clearly provides instructions during the test which is very easy to understand for any test taker. She has such a calming presence, which made the whole experience very less stressful. I felt at ease the entire time, and her friendly attitude really helped me stay confident, I am so grateful.
