I wouldn’t recommend a driving test with Sylvia, I noticed she wasn’t paying attention to my signalling and checking mirrors. It is shocking how many minuscule ‘mistakes’ she claimed I made. Her demeanour was rude and made me feel horrible about my driving and myself which is entirely unfair as a learner driver who just wants some feedback without judgement. If you are to book here, I would recommend driving with Wiremu as a friend of mine said he was the kindest and understanding to those taking their test. While I was voicing my opinion on the phone, I felt unheard and silenced by Sarah. I was trying to express how badly I felt after my test which was entirely dismissed and biased, not a good way to handle the situation.
Busy most days but Saturday wasn’t as bad. Good service and comms
Extremely helpful and prompt. Loved the self service coffee machine whilst you wait. Staff were very friendly. Thank you!
Great service. Usually depends on the mechanic checking your vehicle - if its a cruisy one you'll pass easily, if its a stingy one you'll fail wof for a small infractions. Usually very busy but if you catch it at the right time early or after 1pm at times the queues will be fairly reasonable.
Staff in the office are nice. But the quality of WOF and COF checks is not as good as my local garage. They don't even do a road test!
