Every visit to this place has been a nightmare. Last time I came to book my driver’s licence theory test, the staff had an extremely bad attitude. Whether they were Chinese staff or locals, they all treated customers with contempt. It was a terrible experience. On top of that, they failed to mention one of the required documents, so when I came back a second time, they told me I was still missing paperwork and refused to process it. They’re wasting taxpayers’ money while also wasting taxpayers’ time — it’s absolutely awful!nnThis time I came to print my road tax receipt. I had already paid online, but because the mail might not arrive in time, I wanted to print the document on-site. Once again, the staff rolled their eyes, shrugged, and coldly told me: “It’s $14, otherwise just go home and wait for it in the mail.” What a terrible place. Isn’t there any regulatory authority supervising this office?
I had such an amazing experience with Charles W at VTNZ North Shore. He gave very clear instructions, was genuinely supportive, and had such a calm, grounding presence. He helped settle my nerves and really boosted my confidence throughout the test. It made a huge difference to my experience, and I’m so grateful for his approach. Highly recommend! When I passed my license he even drew a congratulatory message and it took me so long to realize that it was a pass! Haha! You can tell he loves his work and loves working with people!
I would like to highly recommend the team at VTNZ Glenfield for anyone preparing to take their practical driver’s license test.nI recently completed my exam with testing officer Manpreet, and I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism. He provided clear, concise instructions throughout the assessment, which allowed me to focus and perform to the best of my ability. While I had heard that the testing process can be quite stressful, Manpreet professional conduct made for a very positive experience.nI also want to extend my thanks to the front-of-house team, particularly Shani at reception. The entire staff, including the management, was welcoming and efficient. It is clear that this center maintains a very high standard of service. I am proud to share my success and highly encourage others to choose this location for their licensing needs.
Went here for my wof early this morning, was second in line so everything went so quickly. WOF was done in less than 15 minutes, had a small issue with a bulb so got that replaced for only 12 dollars. Everything was explained to me properly and nicely which I love as someone who doesnt know anything about cars. Didn't get anyone's names but the man who did my WOF was so kind and helpful, I felt very comfortable. Reception staff were also all lovely so quick n easy will be back next time!
I took my practical driving test at VTNZ North Shore and had a great experience.nPrashant was very friendly and made me feel at ease from the beginning. His instructions were always clear and given well in advance, which really helped me stay calm during the test.nOverall a very professional and fair experience. Highly recommended.
