I had such an amazing experience with Charles W at VTNZ North Shore. He gave very clear instructions, was genuinely supportive, and had such a calm, grounding presence. He helped settle my nerves and really boosted my confidence throughout the test. It made a huge difference to my experience, and I’m so grateful for his approach. Highly recommend! When I passed my license he even drew a congratulatory message and it took me so long to realize that it was a pass! Haha! You can tell he loves his work and loves working with people!
I really appreciated having Prashant C. as my testing instructor. He was exceptionally friendly, approachable, and professional throughout the process. His calm and supportive manner made the experience far less stressful and created a comfortable environment during the test.nWhat stood out most was his humane and respectful approach. He treated me with patience and understanding, and his clear guidance helped me feel at ease and focused.nIt was clear that he genuinely cares about the people he is assessing, and this made a significant difference to my overall experience. I’m very grateful to have had such an instructor.nnI would also like to acknowledge the ladies at the counter who processed my application. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Their professionalism and welcoming attitude were greatly appreciated.
Went here for my wof early this morning, was second in line so everything went so quickly. WOF was done in less than 15 minutes, had a small issue with a bulb so got that replaced for only 12 dollars. Everything was explained to me properly and nicely which I love as someone who doesnt know anything about cars. Didn't get anyone's names but the man who did my WOF was so kind and helpful, I felt very comfortable. Reception staff were also all lovely so quick n easy will be back next time!
Today I went in to cancel my car registration, and unfortunately the customer service was disappointing. This is the second time I’ve been assisted by the same older lady — she wears glasses and has eyebrow tattoos — and both times her attitude was the same.nnShe was very grumpy, had a flat, unfriendly tone, and made the whole interaction feel uncomfortable. I understand people have tough days, but this felt like her usual energy based on both visits.nnThe process itself is straightforward, but the customer service really needs improvement. A bit of politeness and friendliness would make a big difference for customers.
I took my practical driving test at VTNZ North Shore and had a great experience.nPrashant was very friendly and made me feel at ease from the beginning. His instructions were always clear and given well in advance, which really helped me stay calm during the test.nOverall a very professional and fair experience. Highly recommended.
