They are so lazy, just rooming around, they come one by one, most of them hiding, feel like passing time. Vtnz should consider retraining. I saw 4- 5 staff, very rude, they want you stay in car, nothing was in recheck line, other vtnz is better, you just leave your key and have coffee.
I recently completed my full licence test at VTNZ New Lynn, and although I was quite nervous at the beginning, Officer Pres made me feel very comfortable throughout the test. He was calm, professional, and very clear with his instructions, which really helped ease my nerves. He is an excellent officer and made the whole experience much more positive than I expected. I really appreciate his supportive attitude and professionalism. Highly recommend VTNZ New Lynn, especially with officers like Pres.
The team was lovely and I had a genuinely pleasant experience. When I came in last month to book my exam in person, everyone was very accommodating and guided me clearly through the next steps. I came in again today for my exam, and Jay was my testing officer. He was incredibly pleasant to deal with.. warm, respectful, and very reassuring throughout the process. His approach really helped me feel at ease. Overall, I’m grateful for the excellent service.
I completed my full licence test at the New Lynn VTNZ branch and passed on my first attempt. My experience was fantastic thanks to the very friendly instructor, Peresitene T. He gave clear instructions in a calm voice, and the way he spoke and smiled really helped me feel relaxed and not nervous. I truly appreciate his professionalism and support.
