I had the WOW service done for both my car and my caravan, and I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I've ever had.nnI've used this service many times over the years at different places, but VTNZ really stands out. Everything was incredibly fast, well organised, convenient and highly professional. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into making it easy for customers.nnWhat impressed me the most was the team. You could genuinely see that they enjoy what they do and truly care about providing great customer service and achieving the best result for every customer. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and in such a positive mood, even first thing on a Saturday morning. That kind of attitude is rare and makes a huge difference to the overall experience.nnOutstanding service from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend VTNZ to anyone!nnTatyana
Was spoken to not very nicely by an older man here. Unfortunately won’t be coming back.
Very rude, bad customer service, would not recommend!
Big shoutout to Ashleigh R, the driving test officer I had today—what a legend! From the moment I got in the car, she was friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humour that instantly put me at ease. What could have been a super stressful experience actually turned out to be calm and even a little fun!nnHer clear instructions and relaxed vibe made a huge difference, and I’m stoked to say I passed! Thanks again, Ashleigh R, for making the whole process such a positive one.
Really nice staff, got everything done quickly for a busy Saturday morning.
