I have come for a recheck which is one brake, in 50minutes hardly any cars have been done and my vehicle has not even been touched, very disappointed as it’s now an hour, only one vehicle done in front of mine. Probably won’t bother coming back here again.
Went in for a simple wof re-check, needed tyre tread checked and and a reflecter placed at the rear of the vehicle, both of which had been completed before the re check. When i walked in there was no mention about how long the wait would be. I waited for 1hr 45mins before I had to leave to get back to work and didnt get the recheck done, so have to go back. People who showed up for wof checks 30mins after i arrived were getting their wofs done before me. When i explained i needed to leave to get back to work after waiting 1hr 45mins and could someone please check the tread on the tyres, there was no apology or explaination, just that i'd need to be back for the recheck before the due date... I'd prefer to pay for a complete wof recheck somewhere else at this point, I think. Useless. If they'd told me it would be a 2hour wait when I arrived I would have happily come back another time. I will not be giving these guys any more business.
Extremely poor customer service. Argumentative, mocking and unskilled assistant manager Dale, when I talked to him asking to clarify and explain the inspector's decision and actions. She Ash, drew a delusional diagram as a justification to fail my test. In addition, her body odour was almost unbreathable inside the car. The very minimum respect is given by this team to it's clients. Disgusting experience.
Big shoutout to Ashleigh R, the driving test officer I had today—what a legend! From the moment I got in the car, she was friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humour that instantly put me at ease. What could have been a super stressful experience actually turned out to be calm and even a little fun!nnHer clear instructions and relaxed vibe made a huge difference, and I’m stoked to say I passed! Thanks again, Ashleigh R, for making the whole process such a positive one.
No consistency .... what passes one time, will not pass the next .... seems to me like they running around like 'headless chickens' ....
