Awesome service. Sit and have a drink while you wait, no appointment, friendly chatty staff, can't obtain that same service anywhere I'm aware of.

Nothing worse than going to the back of the que for a recheck. . Recheck takes 10 minutes waiting for it.... 2hrs

Receptionist older large lady with wavy bob hair and glasses is straight out rude!!! Twice I have been there and experienced her rudeness. She expects people to know the system and getting any advice out of her is like pulling teeth. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Came here a month ago for a WOF, quick and efficient. Had the usual angry person there, but the professional behind the counter got the situation under control and tried their best to get it sorted out.
