I don't hate the place, I work close to the place. I give a one star rating because I don't drive or own a vehicle. The place is consistently busy so business must be booming. I guess if you want great work done on your vehicles, this one place to take them
Queue looked extremely long but still only took just over an hour, I did go after a public holiday so I was expected it to be busy. Reception lady was great and my WOF passed even with 1.5mm left on a tyre! It was kind of them to do that to avoid me coming in again, I ended up getting them promptly replaced anyway.
The wait time was long, but the customer service was exceptional. The ladies at reception were very polite, as well as the gentlemen doing the assessment. My car failed on a rear brake light, but they ended up replacing it for me on the spot and passing my WOF. Thanks team!
The staff are warm and friendly. Great experience here. Of course the service is trustworthy
I was glad I payed the fee because once the car was inspected, & I knew what was wrong with it, I got the car fixed & took it back to Porirua VTNZ WOF approved & hassle free. Great service all round thanks to Porirua VTNZ.
Very easy experience. Got to get there early if you go first thing in the morning.
