Clean, tidy, organised and well laid out. Forms prominently displayed and easily accessed. Plenty of seating and a water cooler. Staff are friendly, polite, efficient and smile. I walk with a cane and staff were very accommodating and helpful especially for the eye test and photo. A big thank you to the staff for making it a quick and easy experience 22/05/26. Most excellent professional customer service.

The service was average for my WOF 5/1/2022.nThere are no waiting space & free coffees at the moment because of COVID.nYou may need to take a hat if you don’t want to get sunburned or find a shady spot during your wait. They had 3 chairs under the sun at the back of the building where you will be told to wait. It will be different once we moved to green traffic right as we may be able to sit and wait inside the building.
This place felt like they just wanted to fail the car quickly especially if your car is an older model and move on.nnAfter the visit, I went to another mechanic for a second opinion, and the part which failed VTNZ turned out to be not as serious as described.nnFor my case, I passed AA WOF inspection last year, and have been driving the car since 2020 and passed every WOF test for the part that they failed my car.nnIn conclusion, VTNZ inspection wasn’t done fairly.
Excellent hospitality and the mechanic went extra miles to give recommendation after passing my WOF
