Came down Saturday morning, opened at 7.30am..Had line cars waiting already so pays be early. Great customer service and communication..Tidy business with clean waiting area, free coffee with cool bee hive houses out the front.. Highly recommend..
I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional quality of service provided by the VTNZ, particularly Mr. Shah. From the moment I arrived for my practical driving test, I felt welcomed and at ease. He explained all the instructions clearly and patiently, ensuring that I understood each step of the process. His supportive demeanor significantly contributed to making my experience pleasant and stress-free, and I truly felt confident during the test. Overall, I am grateful for the excellent service I received and for the positive impact it had on my testing experience.
My partner went for her restricted drivers test, although she passed it was a terrible experience. When driving its about keeping yourself, passengers and everyone else on the roads safe. So why is the instructor telling my partner she could made decisions faster when she knows when to safely make a decision at her own pace that definitely is not an inconvenience to other drivers on the road, making fake scenarios about delaying other drivers behind her when absolutely nobody is behind her. She was 100% certain she looked at the relevant mirrors before braking yet the instructor failed to observe that. I think the test driver instructors are too strict and too unreasonable.
Varinder was really nice and very friendly and he help me to relax and comfortable while driving. He help to understand the rules and my mistakes.nHe was very good and friendly testing officer.
I’ve had two driving exams at VTNZ Tawn, and both times the instructors were very helpful and made me feel comfortable during the test. Their calm and supportive approach really helped me pass. I also want to thank Mr. Shah for his excellent guidance during my driving lessons. VTNZ Tawn is a great place not only for driving tests but also for getting your car checked, including WOFs. Highly recommended!
