Nick H has no idea what he is talking about and was rude from the get go. Asking me to identify hazards while showing me a picture then getting in a shitty when I ask him for clarification on if he meant the hazards in the photo. Spoke to me in a demeaning tone and claimed I didn't indicate because he didn't see my arm extend. If I have him again I will be refusing entry into my car if that's an issue then so be it. Let me know now if it will be him and save us both more of our time being wasted.nnSo unprofessional.
Great service as always. Went to get a trailer registration, I did have my trailer with me for other reasons so finding a carpark for that and my vehicle was a little challenging but there are parks right out front for usual customers. Friendly staff, clean waiting areas and professional service.
Not sure why it gets the bad reviews. Been coming for last year to have COF done. Staff have been awesome and very welcoming to myself. The waiting room even has free coffee and other hot drinks.nI did fail one COF and the staff were still very accommodating and friendly.
GEOFF WILLAMS the apparent 2IC manager here last year failed my vehicle on windows tint. They had actually made a mistake and had failed in their job to measure correctly. After pointing this out Geoff became abusive using F bombs and telling us we were not to return to VTNZ...unbelievable that this man is on a power trip and cannot humbly accept they messed up but after reading the terrible reviews below i probably should not be surprised.nSo today when I dropped a vehicle off thinking I'd give them another shot i was shocked to be abused by Geoff...vehicle pulled out of line and refused to put a COF on it.nI'm stunned that such a person feels the need to assert his behavior and attitude in this manner. He would not speak to me at the counter instead deciding he needed backup with another man to call me into his office like a naughty staff member...he spoke disgustingly to me , mocked me and had the audacity to outright lie about the situation when I went higher up.nThis entire outfit screams bully management, poor service and rude staff. Just a quick read below shows story after story of the same behaviour with management's generic reply ..please fill out a form...they are unaccountable for themselvesnnTotally would not recommend supporting this business I'm more than appalled go next door to VINZ they are amazing!..
My son booked a licence test here. After a 2 month wait and studying very hard they cancelled on him the day of the test. They offered no explanation and no priority spot for a booking. When he asked if he could get an earlier spot they said no. They simply put him to the back of the que. This is terrible service.nnYou can save your nonsensical generic response about contacting our customer service team who certainly do nothing. So maybe don't worry about it and admit that you offer an inferior service and are a bad provider.nnIf you can't provide a quality service don't offer the service at all. Instead of wasting everyone's time.
