Please be advised that there is an arrogant and rude female staff member at vtnz she wears glasses, is petite, somewhat older, and typically sits at the second workstation from left to right in the lobby. While processing my documents, she made me wait. After ten minutes of waiting, she was chatting with other customers and then handed my documents to a colleague nearby? If she couldn't handle it, why make me wait so long? Her male colleague had no tasks at hand and was drinking water nearby. This wasted my time, and I was undoubtedly subjected to severe humiliation and racial discrimination.
I just completed my Full License practical test, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Joe was amazing — professional, friendly, and truly outstanding with his customer service. His instructions were clear, and the feedback he gave me was incredibly helpful for improving my driving skills. They definitely need more like Joe in the shop — 100% beyond awesome!
I had my driver test with Joseph, his instructions were very clear and he was polite and friendly making the experience comfortable.
Same thing happened twice now, this is very disappointed. I was supposed to have my restricted test today and woke up to a text that the instructor is “ sick” and rescheduled my test. I am a university student with a schedule that is full and i have things on that i need my car to drive and now you cancel again on me, very very unprofessional and disappointing
Mechanical side is amazing ! But the customer service ladies are extremely unhelpful, rude and seem like they are in wrong place!nInstead of simply answering questions, one of the ladies told me all the problems in the world she is supposed to solve , that too being alone as everyone else was on lunch.
