We had the most amazing service from Dan and the team at Dunedin VTNZ. We had a difficult issue with our van and they persevered until the issue was sorted. We even had a laugh with them while we waited. They are the most amazing people we have struck at a VTNZ in NZ. Thank you so much for sorting everything for us and making the effort to make a bad situation as pleasant and easy as it could be. Thanks
Testing officer Micheal K, and the front desk lady were very friendly and calm, passed my full test the first time round.
Not sure why it gets the bad reviews. Been coming for last year to have COF done. Staff have been awesome and very welcoming to myself. The waiting room even has free coffee and other hot drinks.nI did fail one COF and the staff were still very accommodating and friendly.
Nick H has no idea what he is talking about and was rude from the get go. Asking me to identify hazards while showing me a picture then getting in a shitty when I ask him for clarification on if he meant the hazards in the photo. Spoke to me in a demeaning tone and claimed I didn't indicate because he didn't see my arm extend. If I have him again I will be refusing entry into my car if that's an issue then so be it. Let me know now if it will be him and save us both more of our time being wasted.nnSo unprofessional.
Waiting 6 weeks for restricted test now the instructor is sik in advance so now have to wait a nuther 6 weeks mayb wen they get cancelled on the first cancelled should b the next first in line instead off pushing them out to next available slot very piss poor system vtnz Dunedin is running how bout U train some more people to do the job
