Please be advised that there is an arrogant and rude female staff member at vtnz she wears glasses, is petite, somewhat older, and typically sits at the second workstation from left to right in the lobby. While processing my documents, she made me wait. After ten minutes of waiting, she was chatting with other customers and then handed my documents to a colleague nearby? If she couldn't handle it, why make me wait so long? Her male colleague had no tasks at hand and was drinking water nearby. This wasted my time, and I was undoubtedly subjected to severe humiliation and racial discrimination.
Saifudin A. This driving instructor needs to learn how to speak english. The worst person to ever do your driving test. Just a heads up people doing their license test please let me know I’m not the only one.
I have been getting my Warrant of Fitness WOF from VTNZ Dunedin since 2021, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. One of the best aspects of VTNZ is that you don’t need to book in advance for a WOF, making it incredibly convenient. The staff at VTNZ Dunedin are thorough and professional, checking every aspect of the vehicle. Their attention to detail gives me confidence that my car is in safe hands. Mechanical side is amazing ! But the customer service ladies are extremely unhelpful, rude and seem like they are in wrong place!nInstead of simply answering questions, one of the ladies told me all the problems in the world she is supposed to solve , that too being alone as everyone else was on lunch.
Recently got my Wof completed here , I spoke to Prasanna who was really helpful and professional when telling me about my advisories , also a generally kind person which improved my experience here.nnAll in all good and quick service.
