Went for my restricted test today and had Shane as my tester. He was firm yet kind and offered constructive feedback in a way to encourage improvements. The people at the front desk were very friendly too.
I took my restricted test today and had Shane as my driving instructor. He made me feel at ease from our first greeting and all throughout the test up until the very end! When he was giving me advice on the skills I could improve on, he was very sincere. He is very friendly and has a good sense of humour, the atmosphere was just very lively. Thank you, Shane!
Good experience when doing my full practical test converting overseas license here at VTNZ Northwood.nnSince the moment I parked my car, there was a staff member directing me to check-in inside and the practical test started right on time.nnI had the pleasure of meeting Julie, the driver testing officer who was very friendly when conducting the test. Julie’s awesome personality helped calm the nerve when doing the testing.
I took my aunty to get a licence renewal, although she had most of the paperwork we queued up only to be told that we had to fill out form no one, so back to complete that particular form before joining the queue again. We were there for just under two hours and what i noticed that everyone joined the queue only to reach the customer services person only to be told fill out the form one. Why is there not a hanging notice of some description to avoid wasting peoples time and have a more productive flow into making the process way easier for both sides. Such a simple thing but there is not. Im sure lots of working people who come within their work time and employers would love a faster more efficient service. Regards tracey.
