Had my practical test here Yesterday, and my instructor was Sam. Super calm, super comfortable, clear instructions, and everything is so perfect. During the test I feel like Sam was one of my family member sitting on a passenger, because you feel like you were encouraged, If you ask questions she wont raise her voice at you unlike other instructors, heaps of thanks to her I passed. You just had to do the tests with the road common sense and knowledge to be able to passed.
the guy who tested my car was very pleasant and explained well the minor issues, A+ to him. however due to having to wait in the queue for 2+ hours is not acceptable. i will never come to vtnz again and only recommend coming to vtnz if you like waiting in hours long queues. SHOCKING.nnEDIT: on top of this they have 2 truck lanes 1 car lane with ZERO trucks in them. Utilise these for cars and get more staff.nnPEOPLE: DO NOT COME HERE.
I finally passed my practical driving after failing twice. But it’s a good learning for me as my bad habits on driving was pointed out and i was able to correct.nA big thanks to Yvonne who was my 2nd test officer. I failed the test because there were really critical errors that i made during the test. And i really appreciate her for pointing out my errors and she gave me a sincere advise how can i correct them and hopefully pass the next test.nAnd sure enough after a week i was able to take my 3rd test. The officer this time was Sam. I was a bit nervous at the start of the test but later on felt more comfortable because Sam was very nice.nThanks to both Yvonne and Sam. Hope you liked the sweets as a token of my appreciation. Cheers!
This isn't what you think it is.nThis here more like a place which nursing house residents having a tea party.nThe line before the window moves so slow. You can expect them deal each client about 30-40 mins, even they just wanted to renew their license while already have required info and form filled and ready.nI would've go elsewhere If I'm not stuck in the queue lol
This place has messed my partners licence up twice, first he got his full licence waited the 3 weeks that it says to wait but had not been sent a license yet so he rang up and they said he needed a new photo before they could send it why had no one contacted him prior to this? he then went and got a new photo and waited another week for his licence , his licence just turned up and it's his RESTRICTED they sent not his FULL !!! so now he has to go back again and get another photo because the other photo didn't pass a quality test and do his eye test because NO ONE told him he needs to do an eye test !! This is ridiculous,he's had to drive 3 times from Lincoln wasting gas and he needs this license for a job but has had to wait over a month !!!!
