This was a good testing station. We were in a queue to get the recheck done on a bus. The staff member came over checked thoroughly that all things were in order and said great u you are good to go I can issue the Certificate of Fitness.nVery easy and no hassles.
Highly disrespectful staff at the office, just went there around 3.30 today to apply tsl, the lady mentioned they dont have the forms and we need to print it off ourselves, and we left,printed the form, went back around 4.05pm waited and when I gave the form to the lady, she mentioned that I told you we dont do it here earlier, when I asked that you could have told us earlier when we came, as you just mentioned you dont keep the forms, she was very rude with her response that well we dont process it here so maybe go to AA if they do it. So if VTNZ doesn't process the forms for TSL, I am surprised why its mentioned on the TSL certificate to get it done here, or the staff had some other choices and preferences at work.nI did mention this to her that she can be polite in her response instead of being that rude.
“I had my restricted license test with Zainy, and she was a great examiner. She was professional, calm, and gave clear instructions throughout the test. Her approach made the experience much less stressful, and she provided helpful feedback at the end. I really appreciated her fairness and patience. Highly recommend!”
Son took his restricted drivers test today and passed. Kathryn B was the tester .She was very friendly which made my son feel comfortable which assisted with his nerves. Thank you Kathryn.
One star is generous. I was totally disrespected. My son was made fun of as he has a learning disability and filled out one column wrong. We waited from 8:20 in the morning to 10:20, and the rudeness continued the entire time, completely unacceptable in my 56 years of life. I have never seen the likes of it.
