We arrived on 15-Nov and was served by Ms Nicola, found her friendly, pleasant and extremely patient in handling our mobile phones after our sim card purchases. Out of 3 phones, 1 of the android model was taking a while to function but she was cool and kept trying till phone was up and running. Definitely the best experience i had as most counters don't go extra mile to help customers on card insertion. Great service and big thanks Nicola! Thumbs up from a grateful Singaporean :

When we arrived at Christchurch airport on 15 Nov, the first thing 3 of us did was to get a local prepaid sim. We were served by Ms Nicola and were pleasantly surprised that she helped us to insert the sim card with a big smile and even tested all to ensure the sim cards were working well. She did it efficiently and patiently even when one of the sim cards had difficulty connecting initially. We were very impressed with her service. Her excellent service made a good start for our pleasant New Zealand trip. Thank you Ms Nicola.
