No help at all. Couldn't have made it harder for me if they'd tried. To be fair, not the staff's fault but company policy.

At the time there was no one else in the store so was seen to straight away. Although he couldn't help me as my ph is on pre paid. A very helpful man all the same lovely and polite. Sent me on my way satisfied with what he had to say. Very clean well stocked store and the air on was a great retreat from the heat outside

My customer Pauline was not happy with the service, she said that the Caucasian male, unknown whether he was a worker or manager was rude and arrogant. Did not go the extra mile for a 82 year old lovely lady as herself. she has since moved to Spark because she felt like the Service at Vodafone was appalling
