Dakota is amazing, always makes me look & feel beautiful before leaving the salon actually looks after my hair & does what's best for my pocket instead of robbing my money like most hair stylists. definitely recommend

Booked in advance for a cut on a Saturday at 2pm, got a call Saturday morning telling me a cancelation has happened and asked if I could come in early, i had other appointments that morning so unfortunately I could not. Then got a call a bit before lunch that my appointment has now been cancelled! Really upset asked to talk to the salon manager who won't talk to me for 4 days at least, really upset, very suspicious considering trying to move my appointment foward but because I couldn't make it then to have it canceled and no manager who talk to me. Very poor customer service.

I have been coming to vivo for two years now. Solely to see Dakota. The Te Rapa salon is so warm and inviting. Will definitely keep coming back!

Vianca was awesome! Got colour treatment done for the first time ever and super impressed with the results. Highly recommend!

I asked for a simple thinning and possibly tidying the ends of my hair. She fully changed the style and shaved more hair off. I never asked for any shaving. I specifically said il like to keep it messy and free. I now have an uneven undercut.Service: Hairstyling
