absolutely amazing, my first time there and i was immediately welcomed, such a loving staff who gets along with one another and makes you feel so important. Linda did my hair and she is so incredibly amazing, not only was she incredible doing my hair she had such an amazing personality, all of the staff did. I am in LOVE with my hair now. will definitely be going there from now on for all my haircuts !

I love going to Vivo. Professional and very friendly staff. Patricia looked after me for my keratin treatment. She listened to my concerns and go the hair treatment done. I also want to give a big shout out to the lovely assistant who looked after me while I was waiting for the appointment. She was amazing. Loved her customer service, positivity and really friendly behaviour.

Haven’t been to a hair dresser since I was 16 but I enjoyed my experience. The apprentice that finished my hair was amazing so friendly and bubbly and made me feel more relaxed with my visit will definitely come back

Very happy with Patricia, she's cut my hair the second time today and it looks fab, just like I wanted it!! She's also great to chat with and the whole team is really friendly.

Great service and knowledge for my 1st visit, cut n colour. Offered a free follow up blow wave a week later, unfortunately the stylist seemed inexperienced and I couldve achieved the same look myself. Having said that, she didn't burn my scalp so I appreciated that. I would recommend this place.

Celeste was on her own in the Salon, such a professional & accomplished young woman who did exactly as I asked regarding my hair. I will be back!

Jade did an outstanding job on my hair, I got a grabone deal, and Jade was happy to adapt it to my request back-to-back foils on the top, she was very communicative about any additional costs and I still got a great deal. She is really sweet and gave me fantastic service. I asked for just enough of a trim to get it looking and growing healthily. I cannot speak highly enough of my Vivo experience! I got exactly what I asked for and I feel like i am quite a particular client!. This was my first hairdressing experience in my new town, I was very happy.
