I had the pleasure of having Wendy from Fifth Ave. I absolutely loved the outcome of my hair transformation. Staff are friendly, I got what I wanted, and there was no sneaky hidden cost. Fifth Ave is the best vivo in hamilton. I would 100% recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Vivo Fifth Ave this weekend. It was my first time at Vivo Fifth Ave. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and tidy. Lots of parking and nearby parking which was awesome for this rainy weekend. Wendy listened well to my request and she gave me an amazing hair colour which is exactly what I was looking for. Got a grab one deal last year for a blonde package service which included a ‘style cut’.The person applied the foils with a piece of cardboard underneath which was a first time experience red flag Went through the whole process got to the cutting stage and it was basically a quick trim. Left salon looking very over processed and yellow.Hair was so dry and felt like straw,it eventually split and broke off. I somehow think the staff are all awaiting visas and are not qualified, I did get a refund but my hair was ruined and had to be cut short BEWARE!
