Terrible service - receiving a call on the day of your appointment that they stylist only works till 2.30pm and cannot accommodate you for your appointment booked a month ago. Ah well no fresh hair cut for my birthday tomorrow. Will not book again with them - very disappointed.

Nice to finally find a good consistent hairdressers. Samantha is my go to, never trys to upsell or talk me into anything crazy. Cares about the long term health of my hair. Vivo prices are bit higher but quality is there. Would be nice to be more rewarded for loyalty and return visits. Thanks for good service.

I have been going here for years because of the fantastic staff, the warm welcomes, the pampering and the amazing care for my hair. Love this place. It's my oasis of sanctuary and sanity in a crazily busy week. Thank you Vivo Albany for being awesome.
