Story

My aim and vision is to treat clients by using touch and breathing techniques to manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body and mind. With my touch and breathing style i relieve pain, help slowly heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of clients. I want to be more then just someone who massages you and sends you home though, I want to get to know each one of you and make it apart of your lifestyle to take care of your body more often and have somewhere people can come unwind feeling comfortable without the stress of the price so that's why I'm making the prices affordable so you can feel more relaxed, motivated and reenergized more often! I will be keeping a personal record to see your progress lets grow together heal together and live a healthier more relaxed life come start creating a new you NOW with me!! Prices:
$50 vital full body massage (1 hour)- includes a consultation with a head massage, shoulder massage, back massage, stomach massage, arm/hand massage, leg/foot massage. with a oil made up especially for your needs.

$30 vital booster massage (30 minutes)- includes a consaultation and your choice of back,neck and shoulders or a 30 minute freestyle on whatever your feeling needs to be worked on even if its your feet for 30 minutes with a oil made to your needs.

$20 vital energy special (15 minutes)- this one is perfect for your lunch breaks if your having a bad start to your day day or just need a booster to get you through the rest of your day at work. only takes 15 minutes to re boost you and refresh your energy. this includes just a choice of your body you feel needs some light or energy put into it. this also will include a lot of me working with you on your breathing to clear the mind and a light pressure face massage. Trust me you will love it!
